Thank you for considering Knowledge Builders for your child's summer camp this year. We are incredibly excited about the upcoming summer camp. As we celebrate our 17th annual summer camp, we are confident that our campers will have the best summer experience yet.
Over the last few years, we have promised our campers an experience that lasts forever, and we just keep getting better and better!
At our summer camp, we believe that every child has the power to make the world a better place by embracing their unique talents and passions. Inspired by the words of George Washington Carver, “When you do the common thing in life in an uncommon way, you will command the attention of the world,” we encourage our campers to approach each activity with creativity, curiosity, and an open heart. By thinking outside the box and adding their own special touch, campers will not only discover their own potential but also inspire others to do the same. Here, every child is empowered to do the ordinary in extraordinary ways, creating a ripple effect of kindness, innovation, and leadership that extends far beyond camp. We are excited to see our students “Innovate, Create, and Greenify”!
This summer, we are offering an 8-week STEAM program, complemented by educational and engaging field trips. Our STEAM Summer Camp fosters brainstorming, collaboration, curiosity, and environmental conservation. It encourages problem-solving and promotes mental flexibility. Campers will participate in hands-on experiments, coding workshops, art and design projects, and robotics challenges. They will also engage in team-building activities, leadership development sessions, and community service projects.
We are thrilled to offer four full days of hands-on experiments, exploring, researching, creating, and designing projects that will include all components of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math). All games and crafts are centered around key STEAM areas such as coding, robotics, and engineering. Your child can expect to:
-
Explore Virtual Reality
-
Write Code
-
Build and Program Robotics with Vex IQ and Cubelets
-
Showcase Creativity with Artistic and Musical Projects
Camp dates: June 9th through August 1st, 2025 (8 weeks)

We are truly excited to offer the Summer Reading Explorers supplemental reading program once again. Through an agreement with The Children’s Trust, Florida International University, and Knowledge Builders of Florida, Inc., the Summer Reading Explorers supplemental reading services will be available to rising kindergarteners (age five by September 1, 2025), rising first grade students, and struggling second grade summer campers. This means that, in addition to the educational enrichment Knowledge Builders already provides during the summer, rising kindergarten to struggling second grade summer campers will receive small group tutoring (4-5 children) tailored to their ability levels, delivered for 30 minutes per day, 4 days per week, for 6 weeks.
Knowledge Builders has also partnered with the Florida Heiken Children's Vision Program to offer comprehensive eye exams and glasses, if necessary, for Florida public school students who qualify. Additionally, we have partnered with Community Health of South Florida to provide free dental exams and cleanings. These programs are available at no cost to you.
