Board of Directors

 

The Board of Directors is the governing body of Knowledge Builders.   Individuals who sit on the board are responsible for overseeing Knowledge Builders' activities. Board members meet periodically to discuss and vote on the affairs of Knowledge Builders.   At a minimum, an annual meeting occurs with all board members present.
