Thank you for considering Knowledge Builders’ Summer Camp this year.    We cannot express how excited we are that you chose Knowledge Builders for your summer camp needs. We are so excited to be celebrating our 16th annual summer camp. Just like we promised a "Summer full of Cheer" to our campers last summer, this year we will not only provide a fun-energetic, education-filled summer camp, but we are gearing up to give our campers some "Dreams of Summer that last forever"!

Mae Jemison once said, "Sciences provide an understanding of a universal experience; the arts are a universal understanding of a personal experience; they are both a part of us and manifestations of the same thing; the arts and sciences are avatars of human creativity".  STEAM is the acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. It is an integrated approach to learning that encourages students to think more broadly about real-world problems. It helps students:

  • Ask questions

  • Connect the dots

  • Problem solve

  • Think creatively

  • Be innovative

Knowledge Builders offers a 7 week STEAM program during the summer, accompanied by educational and fun-filled field trips.  Our STEAM Summer Camp promotes teamwork, curiosity, encourages problem solving, and builds resilience. We are excited to offer four full days of hands on experiments, exploring, researching, creating, and designing projects that will include all components of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, & Math).  All games and crafts are centered around the six areas of STEAM, such as coding, robotics, chemistry, zoology, engineering, and ocean science.    Your child can expect to:

  • Write code!

  • Build and program with robotics!

  • Conduct scientific experiments, investigations, and research!

  • Build blocks of creativity!

  • Showcase creativity with artistic and musical creation!
